May.... Really?????

An old pic, but a good pic!

The Little J's preschool auction! He actually sang and participated!

Snow Cones for Spirit Week!

Playday at school!
B in her school play (the pink flower) Who Pushed Humpty?
M at Co Dance in Orlando.
B-
B in Mr. Postman!
We are counting days around here! 31 left in this school year. It has really gone fast! Hard to believe that it is almost over. These last few weeks as always will fly by, and then it will seem as if it really wasn't that long of a year at all!
We are in full National Dance Week / Recital mode around here. It has been tutus and tights all over the place. A few mishaps but luckily everything has been found. It seems to go full speed, and then recital is over and it is finally calm. A rest ... a break.. but not for too long! But certainly not driving to the studio 4 nights a week!
The M did not get into the school of her choice, so we are tossing around all kinds of thoughts and ideas. Home school, private school, moving. etc... Again another situation in which I feel we are waiting for direction.. any kind of direction. The should of, could of, would of come into play here. This is the time when faith has to take over, or I become a little crazed. It's times like these that I just think.. what's the plan supposed to be- and why can't I see it!!! It seems for almost a year we have been waiting- you would think we would have gotten better at this but, it still throws a few kinks into our daily operations.
The Big J is too busy as well. Spring football, travel ball, and school have him gone just about every second of every day. He has done really well this last nine weeks! So, his summer should not be filled with Reading Camp :-). We go off to State in a few weeks for basketball so that should be fun, and if we play it right, hopefully we will be in a nice hotel with a BIG fun pool over Memorial Day Weekend.
The Little J is busy too. Turning 3 must be a big deal in age for boys, because he is all over the place! He wants to do everything himself and he is really into exploring and laughing. Anything can be extremely funny to him at any given time. I can honestly say there is night and day between the girls and him at this age. Sometimes I think a short bus may be in his future, but I am assured that he is sharper than a tack! Just a little "boy wild!"
We are looking forward to the summer. To sleeping late, hanging out, and soaking up the sun! We have a few days to relax before VBS begins, and then the M and I will head to DC for a week for our patrol trip. Looking forward to that!!!
More updates to come :-)

Absent, but not forgotten!

If this smile could convey our life right now- it would be right on the mark! We have been super busy and I have been super sick ! I have spent the last week and 1/2 back and forth with my asthma! It has been terrible! But, before, in the middle, and after- we have had a little bit of fun! A quick trip to Disney for dance!

The boat ride over to Disney
Sweet friends ready to dance!
and 3 basketball tournaments at - GA State, Disney, and Jacksonville....
has even made the Little J a little loopy!
So in between .. we took a trip to the zoo, as IF things around here were not already a little crazy!
and the animals were out in force, as was about 4,000 people that day!
Snug as a bug in Disney ...
Living up to their names!
He will nap where ever he can. In a gym during a tournament no doubt! Buzzers, whistles and screaming have no affect on his napping abilities!
Really, this park should have been set up with the castle facing the opposite way- the sun is just brutal there in the mornings!

We stand and lift up our hands
For the joy of the Lord is our strength
We bow down and worship Him now
How great how awesome is He
And together we sing

Holy is the Lord, God almighty
The earth is filled with his glory
Holy is the Lord, God almighty
The earth is filled with his glory
The earth is filled with his glory

(Chris Tomlin - Holy is the Lord)

We are still waiting and hoping, and waiting and praying! Who knows what our possibilities are, or how they will play out. That is our attorney's job! God is still bigger than all of this, and we will just wait and see what that is!
All this with 42 days of school left! Yee-haw as I said today! Can hardly wait for summer! That seems to be the theme around here... waiting... but keeping busy doing it! The Big J has played in three huge tournaments in the last 3 weeks, and we managed to get to Disney two weekends in a row (thanks to dance one weekend and basketball the next!).
I have more pictures and stories, but it will just have to wait!
