One of my favorite summer trips - Patrol Trip to Washington, DC! It reminds me that all the early mornings and late afternoons are worth it!
We didn't get invited to dinner ;( Apparently a trip to Mexico took priority! Maybe next year!!
It's been a really fun week with a tour bus of 52 people! Today, I got dropped off a little early at the Wendy's in Lumberton, North Carolina! I am making my way to Morganton for my brother's wedding! Good times- I think I may be home in time for VBS Monday :)
I was surrounded by some really good Christian women on this trip! I thank God for that. It's like he fills me up exactly when I need it the most. It's like He says to me "You are highly favored and blessed and don't ever forget that."
This summer I am going to read some books, play with the kids, and work just a little! Stay tuned for our big adventures!!!
Commit everything you do to the LORD. Trust him, and he will help you.
